Withdrawing Funds to Your Wallet
When you want your money back in your checking account or digital wallet, the withdrawal screen mirrors the deposit experience. We ask you to select the same method you used to deposit where possible — this keeps the transaction path clean and helps us process your request without unnecessary delays. Amounts, method eligibility, and timing all appear on screen before you confirm.
If your account verification is already complete, the request moves to processing without an additional hold. Venmo and PayPal withdrawals route back to the wallet on file; Play+ balances return to your prepaid card.
- Open Withdraw in the Cashier — Go to the cashier, select Withdraw, and you'll see your eligible payout methods based on your deposit history.
- Select Method and Amount — Choose PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ and enter the amount you want to cash out. The screen shows any minimums.
- Complete Identity Check if Prompted — If your account hasn't been verified yet, you'll be asked to upload a document before the withdrawal proceeds.
- Confirmation and Processing — After you confirm, the request enters processing. You'll receive a status update in your account notification panel.
